Quick question, probably going to have "yeah right" comments thrown my way

In late 2014 i was hacked and Vitalis was fed to my Troll.. i love it because its a symbol of my rebuild, however.. due to this its not on my drop log.. What do you think my chances of appealing to the jagex gods to have this unlocked would be?
