It's been going on for years and often reported and many people do get banned.

I've often reported people their for names and txt typed while I was passing.

Many are banned but the sad thing is many more arrive there to carry on. It's an on going issue that Jagex do take care of. Comprehensive Account Security

Good call so moved it. ;)

I went there yesterday. Saw few P-Mods helping out. It's not as bad as it once was the last time I visited there. Only a handful of people there and last time I was there it was packed with 20-30 people. Maybe it's the time of day when I visited but I'll try again and see.
