No I haven't done the quest and I barely remember to go there once in a while on my main lol
I mainly just do these xp handout stuff to see how high I can get my skills without training them.
Disregarding herblore, smith, mining and farming though as I already proved to myself that I can get those to 99 without training them whatsoever when I reaching 99 con. Jagex does not seem to want to nerf the xp from warbands, just make it harder to get, something that isn't an issue with low level accounts that can't be attacked by pkers.
Need like 3 more dg challenges to 91 dg, but they're not so frequent when I can only toggle off one skill.
