Basically after the Season break Vettel went on to win 9 races in a row (a record), in India he won the WDC. Instead of going to parc ferme he did doughnuts on the start finish straight, the marshals and FIA people were really mad at him but he didn't care

He got fined €25,000 and subsequently did doughnuts at every race after that for fun.
