The only main issues I see are: Windows 8.1 and HDD.
I would personally change to windows 7 and SSD (huge price difference but you won't regret it).
Also, I prefer Intel + Nvidia over AMD but that's down to personal preference. I'm bad and I feel bad.

But altogether you would say its a decent laptop? It should play videos and most games? I heard Radeon 5 is crap but I rly dont know

Its for my brother really, he is lucky to even get a laptop but I dont want to waste money on junk that doesnt work properly or doesnt run yt/games together
