There's some kind of 'Chat-watch' that also views private messages. I got muted once just because I used a currency symbol in a pm to a friend, I emailed Jagex and they lifted it within like an hour though so it was fine. :P

Chat watch is fun stuff. Back when saying "h/c x2" was instant mute, I tricked all my friends in to saying it lol
