Counts as a brother kill if you use one on the chest. Can only use 3 per run, though.

Kill DH > Ahrim > Guthan, if none of those are your tunnel, amulet on Karil, Torag, Verac & Akrisae, one of which being your tunnel and you don't need to skip it.

Then run to chest and loot, as you would've "killed" the 6 out of 7 brothers needed for it to count as a kill on the Boss Counter. Unslain Bosses - Clan
