Is nat runecrafting any good? I remember back when 1m gp/h was considered end game.

Double nats were capped at 7.2k natures per hour (I used to be able to do it easily) in 2009. Now will all the upgrades we have now, I'm sure it's easy to get over 7.2k natures per hour so I'll just assume 7.2k natures.

Then that's 3,600 pure essence used per hour. -> 57600 gp spent, a gharrak is like 50k maybe. None the less, it's very very cheap to start... So I'll disregard that.

Making double nats should be 2m profit per hour really.

And yes, mud rune are the best since they're nearly 1k per mud rune lol, since that update that made mud rune dust stackable. It suddenly became a viable way of training herblore.
