They should make the Death boss from Plagues End a new solo boss (Take away the puzzle part, keep the minion spawnings, you have to kill them to continue damaging him) And have him drop T90 Power boots, since iirc - those don't exist currently.

Also need to add new arraxor dungeon with the spider minions as slayer task, have them drop basic common drops, super rare drop (think Zaryte at Nihil) of stick piece drops - and some type a item (think chitin from kalphites) to help recharge costs of Noxious weaponry.
