I found this today sticking out of the gap between fender and hood on our Jeep
Fortunately it was dead so I popped hood up to take a pic lol. The colors are similar to that caterpillar though

Just an example of a big moth. A lot of the more tropical moths can grow very large indeed. However certainly not an expect so can't hazard a guess as to what that happens to be

Where do you live(ish) I shall find out!
