Apparently there are issues with the building's main amplifier(?), so he relayed the order to ISP for them to come tomorrow or the day after to replace it. I hope they do... because my download speed is lower and internet unstableish and he seemed sure that's the cause.

If after the main amplifier is replaced issues remain, he said they'll have to check the street's main amplifier or whatever, but let's hope it doesn't get to that.
