You can wear armour, just no shield or offhands (2h fun weapons are better anyway)

So herblore 2k10: stand at sw to avoid random events

Herblore 2k14: make sure to have botanist and clover necklaces equipped, someone to place wells, someone to hold avatar, summon rhino, place your totem, 5 friends attuned to your totem, hold down 1 or 2 to withdraw supplies
