What's min req/best way to go about getting the RotS song, Price is Wight? :o

Literally sitting on the Comp Cape now. 2 songs, and 1k charm sprites all I got left.

Can enjoy it for like 2 weeks before I lose it to Boss Slayer and likely will be a case of 'RIP comp cape' for me then.
