What retarded mod gave an ability that has a huge frontal clone AOE ability to drop pray for every target it hits. Should be the main target only or another mage abil like Snipe for mage.

Because Jagex don't understand how utility can be just as useful if not more useful than Damage.
You look at something like freedom, a basic ability on a 30 second cool down that's apparently balanced to Jagex.
You go to a game like League of Legends they have an almost identical ability except that's an ultimate and it has a 90+ second cool down. They actually understand that being able to break free from stuns and binds and then also be immune to more after that is pretty fkn strong.
