Anyone know why I only get 1 crystal from the crystal pendant on my alt acc? Idk why I'm only just now asking this lol

It gives bonus xp in all the skills needed for ~~the elf city~~ Mep3; however, if you're level 75 or higher in all those skills you get 3 crystals where you can choose the skill to recieve bonus xp in yourself.
