it may make no difference to you. I spent a huge amount of time getting the xp with effort. Now gp is the answer. I have plenty of gp. Feels like cheating to buy xp directly. Jagex might as well just let us buy it directly instead of wasting time going through bonds.

did not have warbands runners selling the supplies directly to players before. This is a game changer for me. No reason to skill if this is the norm.
