Right clicking contract will get you one of those - talking to him should give you the option to recieve a special contract for your task

Special contracts are bugged, ye.

If you instantly press 'I'll take it', it takes you to the standard contracts menu.

However, if you ask him what he's offering, and then accept it, you get the correct special one. Unslain Bosses - Clan
