Does anyone know how long this has been in Sophonem? I just spotted it on my way to do my flasks, and I don't remember it ever being there or ever using it during a quest

In the recent podcast on combat the Jmods talked about giving range and mage more abilities at some point. As of right now melee has a great selection of basics and thresholds while I find doing mage/range rotations very limiting and annoying. @wilsonmagna

melee has to train 2 skills and cant attack from a distance imo its pretty balanced

The ones by Bandit camp are from Desert Treausre, but I don't remember these ever being here.. Admittedly I don't remember the desert series very well (mainly Contact and Dealing with Scabaras I don't remember well)
