Why would people play on them?
You can just play on 24 with EoC where you can bar your explosives and cades and heals, you can have freedom and anticipation so never be frozen or stunned, you can do a lot more damage. It's just a lot easier for someone with no skill to actually win the game.
If they came to the legacy only worlds they would just get destroyed.

Snipe does 125-219% weapons damage, so it can also crit lower. And that was with death's swiftness
