How does liquid gold nymph work? Have to be actually mining for it to appear?

It's cause I got all 4 imcando pieces in like 10 minutes, and need glided dpick

Was there an EoC damage buff? Or is nex gear really that OP >.> I was hitting 5.3k assaults earlier on my airut task when I used to hit around 4.4k
Stats provide more damage per level now, items such as comp capes and necklaces give damage rather than crit chance etc.
