You are free to create as many accounts as you like and you are welcome to trade between your accounts just as you would with any other legitimate player.

However, if any of your accounts obtained wealth by rule breaking activity for example macro use (botting) or real world trading (buying gold or items from 3rd parties) then all your accounts will be banned. Unslain Bosses - Clan

I'm just not sure about leveling another character because before Rs3 came out Mmg said multiple characters per account was going to be a thing, like a character select page on login, I just don't know how they'd confirm who's account is who's when connecting them or if it has to be a brand new character without registering an existing one as your own

When it's a thing, I hope all sgs stuff carrys over to every character
