I hate Jagex for making abilities a reward from WE2 and making them insanely rare drops off a boss. It is very poorly thought out to disadvantage players who couldn't or weren't playing during the event and to be on a level playing field have to boss for possibly 100+ hours. @wilsonmagna

I'm the opposite personally. At least those who couldn't do it *can* get the items; albeit very rare.
