Makes it more convenient, I like to have one set up for everything so I'm used to it and don't have to adjust for different tasks. If i really need to adjust my screen for something like fletching bolts, I'll just drag that interface to the position and put it back later :x

If you're not doing combat then just close all the combat ability books.

I use the all-abilities setup when PvMing.
