I've gotten 3 of the 4 leafs from daily spins. Tbh I tried 4 bonds today since they were changed to 12 keys and all I got was 2 leafs

I think they nerfed them

You can, but it's 2.5% chance to even hit the drop table, so 1:40 charges.

2.5% chance to get from 2 leaf to get in the rare table
10% chance from 3 leaf,
and 25% chance from 4 leaf
