Yeah I noticed Lathow, what you have might be an actual map of explorable areas.

This on the other hand, seem to be a map of cutscene areas and 'instanced' areas during quests. RS Wiki got the map from Jagex but several of my clanmates labeled the map.

All these areas are in the other map but yet again, this map is more up to date. I don't think these are instances/cutscenes you actually teleport into by the way, it's something the server has saved and it's temporarily recreated at a different location for you to play there.

Interesting to see the citadels are there, I actually noclipped in the interface beta closer to its release by using a now fixed bug and ended up there.
