Help with what? A perfectly normal totally-not-suspicious gentleman that obviously doesn't want to hurt you or anything.
I tried to attack, but it said he wasn't there for me and he wouldn't hurt me. But he followed me all around the bank.. It was just weird.. Isn't he the guy from DT? I have done all quests lol.
