Just homeport out of the starting area of Trouble Brewing, and you keep the hats. They disappear if you try to take them off though.

quick question if anyone can answer it, I am about to get my 4th consecutive year as a paid member on this account next month (July). However I don't have my Year 3 Loyalty crown, any idea's whats going on, or do you think they will just give me both next month?
