Lol, my clan went from tier 1 -> 5 when citadels first came out. Then we kept tier 5 for a while until everyone stopped and it completely died. From that point on we have revived it about 10 times, usually just for tier 1 or 2 with the avatar and stuff. One time I think we reached tier 3 or 4 again but it always dies..
Now we are aiming to reach a high tier again, upgrading to tier 2 next build tick
