If you deal enough damage and avoid their special attacks you should be living off soul split. Dark magic aura is the best aura to use, I've heard equilibrium is decent but not tried myself. Penance/reverence decrease the amount of prayer potions or super restores needed.
Scrimshaw of elements increases damage output and thus also kills per hour.
Gear is basically just the best you have as it's all about dealing damage.

Amount of pots depends on which glacyte you kill first, but 15 restore flasks should last for 13 overloads doses if killing the sapping one (drains prayer quicker) last and using prayer renewals and a holy wrench. Less pots if killing the red one last or if using penance/reverence.

If you have a solomon pet that has a scavenge option you can set it to pick up drops for you, but this only works if you have free inventory. A yak can be useful for banking drops and carrying more potions if you wish to stay for longer trips - just try your own setups and see how they work out.
