Not sure how you can stand hunter to be honest, one of the most tedious skills for me. I found one method I enjoyed slightly and went with that to 99 lol. Basically all of my post 99 exp has been quest rewards, divine box traps and chronicles :D

Yuck, hunter, I doubt I'd have gotten 99 without pouring all my daily keys on it, nolifing heist for a bit and spamming out giant chinchompa every day.
