Hi everyone, a debate is going on the high level forum and we need everyone's help. Many elite players are trying to shut out lower level players and I don't think it's right.
Jagex is considering giving us a grace period in which to complete the new shattered heart statue in the elf city. This task will take 8 months otherwise and it's not reasonable. During that time, we may keep our trim comp cape.
It looks like they are giving us more time to decide. The original thread is biased, so time to make one FOR THE GRACE PERIOD. Most people who voted are the true trimmers and 24/7 forum prods who are on here all the time. Under 2 hours for those results.
Let's gather a more representative number of people, INCLUDING people who are planning to trim over the next couple of months. Yes, it's not all about the people who already have it right now.
Even if you are not trimming, comping etc, let us know what you think and vote. Thanks.
Strawpoll number: 1701458
VOTE YES FOR GRACE PERIOD.
Why would this be shutting out low levelled players?
Low level players can continue working on trim while TRIM players WILL lose their trim and have to wait. If anything, that post is biased and trying to take advantage of low levelled players who have zero idea what's going on.
Yea, there's no point in letting low levels vote. They can be doing all sorts of things like SH1, SH2, Court summons, Fish Flingers, etc, alongside doing the CWs req, whilst the current trimmers just don't really have anything else :S
E: Think I meant to say something else here.. Doesn't seem entirely relevant.

^ Good point but I'm sure if you were to post exactly what you said in public. You'll get some non-maxed players mad at you because they think they're entitled to vote regardless.
