Reading these combat changes makes it seem like they're actually punishing those that stuck with the EoC system lol (by nerfing abilities left right and centre)

Soon no one will bother using full manual for things like Slayer because doing the more relaxed method (legacy) will be a better option than going "hard" on abilities for the duration of your training.

Sucks really
