I actually nerfed wild magic, I didn't buff it
I only updated the tool tip to accurately describe what it does. However....you are correct in that the lower end of the ability needs to be changed to make it less reliable. I shall go back to the balancing sheets for this one.

Indeed. Even adding them to normal books is a bit iffy. Should be an option for seren based books.
Side note, Is there like a list/old updates for oldschool? I wanna know what sort of things they've gotten since I last logged. I've lost my arrow. Have you seen it? It's been on my mind a lot lately...
