I don't mind Warbands, but the whole intention was to favour Pkers.

Just the Pkers were outnumbered by PvMers and Skillers alike so it never really worked out.

There has been some common ground though where people kill off people who don't fight back. That boat is still there. It doesn't mean to say I kill every person who loots. That just gets you ganked no matter what gear you're in. But to anti-crash. I think that's fine.
