Only thing usefull i can think of is at nex when he does his final blow that you transfigure and heal of that. For the rest I can't think of anything usefull.

I found a nice use for Transfigure. luminescent icefiend special.

I know a few people who expertly use transfigure to heal after a 10k green bomb on green bomb vorago week. It's rather impressive.
