Those item swapping scams could be killed easily if Jagex made it like in RS3 where trades can't be accepted right away if an item gets swapped out.

Just had someone try and scam me. I didn't even see the guy take items away but I always double-check 2nd trade screen, especially for big trades. Guy logs out before I could even right-click report but luckily the guy pmed me so I caught the report.
