eat that kind of stuff. Surprisingly, I find food like cheese or icecream ok, and that normally is about 30-40% fat or higher.
I'm unsure why I have this habit but I think it's a good one because I avoid eating a lot of fat and that's good. I also don't exercise as much as I should and things like that help me to stay fit.
