Edit: Well, the next Elven quest anyway. I think they stated we won't be seeing Seren returning with that quest

Does anyone know if the general's shadow miniquest is one of the miniquests needed for comp cape? I can't seem to get Sliske to show up post fate of the gods (doing that miniquest is required for him to show up).

I feel pretty certain I have done it but idk why he won't show up
