You can charge the mighty slayer helm (if enchanted) with 500 scrolls which will activate randomly and don't use special points, but it's not as reliable. l:

Was not aware charged headgear didn't use summoning special pts

Wasn't aware it was even fixed after being broken for 1 year+

However, if you have no special points and the headgear activates it will give your chatbox a message about not having enough points - but the follower will use the special attack regardless.
If titans get stuck on a wall or something and the scrolls in the helm activates it will spam the chatbox with messages about the titan not being able to see its target too... Both cases are quite annoying imo :s

Yeah, they actually managed to fix it a few months back, Star lol.

Ya but if jagex haven't been messing around with iron, it should still have it's 3? specs per bar instead of the 2 from steel titan.

But then eoc prob killed it and it hasn't been fixed nvm.
