Almost, there are still shows above it.
I liked the pilot, it can always move up/down on my list but the first episode was good imo.
Im a sucker for adventure storys with a little fantasy.

They aren't really going down there to repopulate the planet. There are 2 reasons it is the delinquents who got chosen to go down. First "the ark" as they call it, is dying. They are running out of life support systems and cannot afford to have such a large population so getting rid of 100 people is 100 less mouths to feed. Secondly they are sending the delinquents down because they don't expect Earth to be survivable, but they are not sure so might as well send people you don't care to lose.
