Those are good tasks for exp! Used to be good money too, but you make more from the rune chainbodies than whips now!

Just had nechs previously and now ice strykewyrms.

Nechs are an awesome task too, 73k slayer in 19mins. .

Not really sure about HP since didn't really do slayer back then as often and as for spawns, I use a high spawn world like 100% of the time so spawns are fast for me. .

Barberry bush seeds are also below mid price because they're just that awesome.
