I'd assume so since it saves time training the actual skill, unless you don't care about agility xp.

Kind of surprising.. The fail rate at the 95 Divi spot (at 95) is so high that Dragontooth Isle at 89/90 is still faster, despite gathers/memories giving 20% more exp

Edit: Forgot to change my inventory to 26 memories since I don't have to carry ectophial, so it made it slightly faster
