Thats not a very cool design tbh, there are much cooler 120 capes outthere and they are made by players...

Well, this is being implemented by the Ninja team, so it's easier for them to use the existing model. They don't create new content, just improve it. .

Yea even the 99 farm cape was like OMFGASM, the 120 one will be god-like. .
