And here is the twist, what if low level players actually do want those capes more then HLF noobs.
I remember when I was a low lvl player, I never thought that I will even get one skill up to 99 but seeing those amazing capes was supercool. I remember searching youtube for those cool emotes and stuff.
Lots of people probably dont even read the forums so they cant be corrupted by negative jeallous idiots.
