Each one gives you a temporary level boost in one of six skills: Divinations, Agility, Herblore, Woodcutting, Firemaking and Smithing.
Or so it seems, I haven't tried one yet.

Alternatively, save them in the chocolate box you receive with your first chocolate purchase. Collect two of each and you’ll get a choice of two brand new titles: The Scrumptious and The Forlorn – as well as small lamp’s worth of bonus XP to your five lowest skills.
P.S. I also dislike chocolate. *High five* RSC - Gone, but never forgotten.

I meant the boost from chocolate, I voted for the BoB one for divination. I think not having to stay as close to the rift will make xp/hr better, and more laid back since not constantly rushing off to deposit.
