Ended up watching a few episodes of Fairly Oddparents on an anime website a few days ago. There's 9 seasons now and there's this fairy baby and a fairy talking dog. Not quite what I remember.
Oh, and the episodes are twice as long now instead of 2 shorter segments.
Wish cartoon channels in general didn't die so hard. I will say that Regular Show is amazing though.
