I voted yes to more bank space but was very tempted to vote no...
My reason for voting NO would of been there really is no need for more bank space. I have space holders for all seeds herbs potions runes ect... Have tons logs, Chinchompas, Fish and other resources as well as all my gear and tools and only use near to 300 bank space out of our 400. I think people just need to learn how to clean their banks on OSRS and not store a ton of absolutely useless Junk! Quest items don't need to be kept in your bank seems as there is usually no use for them after the quest.
My bank runs full and I don't keep any junk in my bank. I do have maybe 3-5 lines from random event outfit items which I'll put in my POH when I get my construction up.
You of all people, Magna Wilson, I can totally see having a full bank lol. Zyb3z famous.
