Range is only about 20 seconds slower in a duo than magic, so with the snap shot buff it should be relatively close.. Still not fond of range as a combat method though, so personally I'll still only use it as a switch

You poke the birdy from a distance! Duo is usually around 4 mins for mage or 4:20 (inb4) for range

Then you wait 2 minutes for the spawn (fletch exp pls) or 1:20 if you're in an instance. I typically go for instances because they shorten trip times and make it more efficient in the end
