That agility rate assumes you have a perm team of pro BAers willing to help you at any time

Oh by those calculations you're relying on BA being heavily efficient. Also rounding is cheating!
I was told it's 400k bonus exp an hour... I have no further information than that, I don't know if 400k is a pro team or if 400k is a nooby rate and 9001k is for leet BA-ers
Would assume a decent team can get 350k or so though, which is almost 5 hours (360k would last 5 hours, mister rounding) of agility
Edit: Plus can't you just spam through a 10 hour day of agility and build up 4m bonus exp to use? Then you don't have to worry about running out often enough to have to find a team again
Edit: 10 hour day of BA* So many typos regarding misuse of BA/Agility lol
With a decent team, you do get 4 queen runs an hour, which is about 400k bonus agil/mining an hour, or 1.2m bonus fm. With pro teams, (people who worry about ticks and stuff, and know how to make things go faster just as having coll or attack be scroller or ordering the team to have heal 3rd and def 5th), you can get just under 5 queen runs an hour. It is VERY generous bonus xp and worth doing if you plan to actually train the skills.

My runs are usually 12-18 minutes. I doubt anyone can do 12 minute runs consistently. Especially over many hours and without a single person leaving the team. It's really worth it but I think people are overestimating how good it is lol. Also it's nowhere as afk as firemaking or mining if you aren't superheating.
Hi
Best time I know which was done was around 15:36 (if I'm not wrong) and unless EOC has somehow modified the healer or defender's ability to kill/finish waves quicker per wave, that's not possible
That's not taking into consideration Wave 1 - 6 then reset but rather Wave 1 - 10 all the way through
If it takes 12-18 mins for Wave 1 - 6 and reset, that's a very poor time (not directed specifically towards you but in general)
