E: I guess this is done to eliminate the possibility of shorter trips to the bank by banking on the spot, still it's dumb. We were able to lobby in room, now we can't.

Edit: I dunno about requirement for everything. I know it's very nice and a lot of Vorago teams like people to have it, but the HLF Vorago team doesn't require it and I don't have any objection taking people without T90 weapons to Nex, I'm sure there are many other's who don't either.
